This is the worst kind of phone service I ever had. I already cancelled 1 phone lines with lingo and in process to cancel another. My brother also cancelled his line. (He was paid for an year in advance and they charge him money to cancel his account!) Their voice quality is very poor. They give a very small bandwidth for each phone line to save a penny!
Customer support talks very nicely but they are good for nothing. I strongly advise people to explore some other service provider.
I been to lingo service for a month to correct a problem with my phone and spent countless hours with customer support. Even talked to so called supervisor many times. Every time i was given a promise to start my service within 24 hrs but that never happened. This guys in ***** dosent have any sense of customer support and commitment.
